# 1. Complete Posting Package Information Sheet. (Be sure that the information is legible.)
  • Complete a collections/reporting contract.
  • Complete All Fields
  • Amount to be posted can not be less than $50.00
  • ONLY THE LETTER SERIES IS AVAILABLE IN THE STATES OF CALIFORNIA AND MASSACHUSETTS

# 2. Provide a copy of the Status Paperwork:
  • Copy of Judgment
  • Copy of Contract/Lease Agreement
  • Copy of any invoices
  • Statement on Company letterhead requesting collection activity.
  • PLEASE SPECIFY THE ADDRESS PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MAILED TO

# 3. If this is for a rental property you must provide a letter/breakdown of all final expenses and security
deposit disbursement.

#4. Complete the FASTFAX ORDER FORM:
  • Complete the member information section
  • Confirmations of Reporting services are usually faxed back, please specify if you would like to be
    mailed.
  • Check off under the COLLECTIONS TOOLS which service you are requesting.
